The staff was as friendly as normal offering some good conversation and laughing and joking with me and my friend.
Carvery was spot on as it is each Thursday when we come in even adding a dessert of Apple crumble ( as looked nice when the table next to us ordered one ) would highly recommend

Its ok if u just want to talk to the people you came with, bookings are just like a robot, ordering is like a robot, just lady listening and pressing buttons, and asking questions so fast you miss what she says. .i will say the staff who provided the food to the table were welcoming. I would like to see a plate
instead of 1960 blue and white tin dishes ! Maybe some people like it but i
found it quite different and not what i can remember of a restaurant..sorry

Great customer service. Carvery was lovely, very popular establishment! Lots of bookings and walk ins! Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Thank you for a lovely lunch

The whole experience was excellent. Food was delicious, we all had carvery and plenty of it. Ran out of the desert we wanted but alternative was great. Will comeback again.

The staff are always so courteous and lovely. Nothing is ever too much and they really take care of their customers. We live down the road and go at least twice a month for dinner. It was my first time in the lunch period but the new menu is soooo good. I usually have a carvery but found myself wanting to try all the new things. I went for the loaded fries with pulled pork and ohhhh myyyy goooodness! It was SO delicious! Forget sharing it was all mine! Plus the drinks are always really nice and it's so clean in there too. Really great place to go to and proud to call it my regular for food and atmosphere.

We were a group of 10 and found it difficult to get a table which is understandable
They did try and accommodate us but was not the best option.
Food looked good but both food and drinks were quite expensive

Walked in and there was a wait and staff Walked passed with no eye contact, we was seen shown our seat and let know you order at the bar, was ordered on the app, alot easier then standing in the queue.
The roast was lovely husband had the spicy burger but wasn't very spicy unfortunately. Food was good though staff polite when spoken to.
But we would come back
